Symphonic Dance Music is a project in which the conventional orchestra ventures into modern dance music. During the 90-minute-long show, Janacek Philharmonic Ostrava together with DJ Lowa performs thirty greatest world dance hits, including tracks by the famous French music duo Daft Punk, renowned American remixer and producer Roger Sanchez as well as electronic music legends like The Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy.
The whole project wouldn’t be complete without impressive audio-visual performance in which laser effects are powered by the industry giant Kvant from Bratislava, Slovakia. Visual projections have been prepared by VJ Martin.
This project is supported by Moravian-Silesian region under the auspices of the First Regional Deputy Governor Lukáš Curylo.
